Interesting Stuff

Here is a video that has inspired me even more to cut back on sugar! I don't buy white sugar, but we HAVE been consuming a good bit of hot chocolate with the cold weather. After I watched this video I read the ingredients on the can......... ugh! I really could do better! :>)
